The Czech development company NYSA International a.s. has appointed Pickard REAS as the exclusive leasing/sales agency for the first 8000 sq.m. of their 'to be developed' logistics/manufacturing park of 110,000 sq.m. on the outskirts of Lviv.
Nysa's regional director Taras Yastremskyy advised why his company had selected Pickard REAS for this sale/leasing commission: "Firstly Pickard is the only international real estate agency that has a manned operational office in Lviv which my company considers to be a major benefit to achieve this project's success. Secondly the marketing programme that they proposed to achieve sale/leasing success impressed us."
Pickard REAS has now commenced implementing the marketing programme.
