In October 2016 Pickard valuation department evaluated Leopolis, the elite hotel in Lviv.
Leopolis Hotel is located in the heart of the historic part of the city, just a 1-minute walk from the Market Square, 4 minutes from the Opera House, 3 minutes from the Vernissage and 15 minutes from St. George's Cathedral, in a renovated building, which is a historical monument of UNESCO .
The total area is more than 5000 sq.m. Guest room stock consist of 72 exclusive rooms, 3 suites and 3 executive apartamenti. Also, the hotel has two conference halls that can accommodate up to 250 persons and Na Shevskoy restaurant.
