Regional budget FORCE One hotel chain for Ukraine
This is the ambitious project is to establish a chain of Force One Hotels at carefully selected locations around Ukraine during the years 2021 to 2024, some in cooperation with McDonald's and some as stand alone units. Based on the financial projections featured in the above presentation this chain should produce a yield of 20%+ during its full operating years.
The intention will be to exit from this investment after the 5 years of full operation when the value of the 10 unit chain should be $50m and producing an annual yield of 20%+.
It should therefore be possible to achieve a sale of this successful hotel chain based on yield of 10% (twice the usual yield of branded hotels) which would indicate a sale value of $100m.
It is our declared purpose that the construction of hotel buildings will be in compliance with LEEDBREEAM-DGNB standards and therefore will achieve green building certification. This will ensure efficiency regarding heating and long-term sustainability.
These projects will create local employment opportunities that will adhere to Ukrainian employment laws and regulations. This whilst offering the possibility to train to enhance their careers in the service sector.
